1. Candidates will be selected for BGFEO Officers based on their performance in Online Assessment Interview.
   (BGFEO ऑफ़िसर का चयन ऑनलाइन असेसमेंट इंटरव्यू में कैंडिडेट के परफॉरमेंस के आधार पर किया जायेगा।) 

2. Due to COVID pandemic, we are not conducting face to face interview to avoid gathering and follow social distancing and hence the assessment interview will be conducted online through voice call.
   (कोविड महामारी की वज़ह से हम फ़ेस टू फ़ेस इंटरव्यू का आयोजन नहीं कर रहे ताकि भीड़ इकट्ठी न हो और सोशल डिस्टैन्सिंग का पालन हो, इसलिए असेसमेंट इंटरव्यू ऑनलाइन आयोजित किया जायेगा, जिसमें वॉइस कॉल के माध्यम से असेसमेंट इंटरव्यू लिया जायेगा।) 

3. You will receive a call to schedule Online Assessment Interview, if not then you can also call us to schedule the interview.
   (ऑनलाइन असेसमेंट इंटरव्यू का दिन और समय  निश्चित करने के लिए हमारे द्वारा आपको कॉल किया जायेगा, अगर हमारे द्वारा आपको कोई कॉल नहीं आता है तो आप हमें कॉल करके अपना इंटरव्यू का दिन और समय निश्चित कर सकते हैं। )

4. The result of Online Assessment Interview will be declared just after the interview (most of the times), but because of some reasons if it is not declared just after the interview, we will inform you about your interview result later through E-mail/WhatsApp/Voice Call. Meanwhile please be patient. We will upload the results on our website too, so please keep checking the website on a regular basis.)
   (ऑनलाइन असेसमेंट इंटरव्यू का रिज़ल्ट इंटरव्यू के तुरन्त बाद घोषित कर दिया जायेगा (ज़्यादातर मामलों में), लेकिन अगर किसी कारणवश रिज़ल्ट तुरंत घोषित नहीं किया जाता है तो हम आपको आपके रिज़ल्ट की सूचना कुछ समय बाद फ़ोन/व्हाट्सऐप/ई-मेल के माध्यम से देंगे। इंटरव्यू का रिज़ल्ट वेबसाइट पर भी अपलोड किया जायेगा, इसलिए कृपया वेबसाइट को समय समय पर चेक करते रहें।)  

5.  Participants who are not selected in interview will be given another chance after one week. 
   (जो पार्टिसिपेंट इंटरव्यू में सेलेक्ट नहीं हो पाएँगे उन्हें एक सप्ताह बाद दोबारा मौका दिया जायेगा।)
